Increasing health checkup completion rates
We fully cover the cost of regular health checkups, comprehensive medical examinations and a range of cancer screenings, making it easier for employees to actively manage their health.
By encouraging employees who have not yet undergone checkups to do so and following up with those advised to undergo further testing, we promote early disease detection and help prevent diseases from becoming more severe.
Preventing lifestyle-related diseases
Follow-up for employees at risk of their conditions becoming more severe, supporting them in improving their lifestyle habits.
We encourage employees to become more health-conscious and take action to prevent the onset and progression of lifestyle-related diseases.
Cancer Prevention and Support
We fully cover the cost of gastric X-ray examinations, PET-CT scans, tumor marker tests and screenings for cancers specific to women, supporting the early detection and treatment of cancer.
We strive to create a supportive working environment that enables employees affected by cancer to continue working or return to work while receiving appropriate treatment.
Mental health measures
We conduct stress checks to help employees maintain and improve their mental well-being.
We also enable employees to consult occupational physicians, public health nurses, certified public psychologists and other professionals, as well as an external counseling service, facilitating the early detection of mental health concerns and the provision of appropriate support.
Promoting health education
In collaboration with the health insurance society, we provide health education and seminars to help employees acquire accurate health knowledge and take an active role in maintaining and improving their health.
